I messed up my board help!!!!

I went and uploaded quoteit to my board, when I then went to go onto my board, members cant post they get this message:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

and then when I as and admin try to go into the admin cp I get this message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/functions.php on line 3553

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disable hooks.... to get into your forum and admin cp...

i dont see anything that says

Now go into your ACP --> Plugins & Products --> Plugin Manager
Look for "Token Of Death: Bake a Cookie!" and Token of Death: Stealth Ban! (most likely it'll be this one that is causing the problem).

Edit the Plugin named "Token of Death: Stealth Ban" and change "Plugin is Active" to "No".


please help no one can acess the board since i messed it up!
