change navbar

so...i?m planning to do the following thing:

i want to have some special threads in the forum that have another look then the standard threads (so far, so good)...

but now i want to change the navbar, so you don?t get redirected to forumdisplay?=123, but again directly to index.php

i just want that the people get only through direct-links in the topics, but not in the topic-overview of the forum...

example: navbar looks like this: vBHacks-Germany > vBulletin allgemein > vBulletin allgemein

but should look like this:
vBHacks-Germany >
vBulletin allgemein

nobody?:(
