Rss feeds stop running

I had about 4 to 5 RSS feeds running .. and now it stopped running any ideas? all I did was added a new one .. but if I click on the button “run now” its posting the feeds but its not doing it on a schedule run

Is the scheduled task active, or is it because there are no new items in the rss's.

There are items as i can run it manually.. yes its shows that its active.

I have seen other threads here and on vB's forum reporting a similar problem but don't know what the outcome of those is.
