Show the forumhits in each forum on forumhome

I had for vB 2.3 a small hack, you can see it on www.informatikboard.ch , where i can put in to Show the forumhits in each forum on forumhome.

My site is in german, forumhits called Seitenaufrufe.

Is it possible to get this hack for vB 3.6.4 too ?
