Adding a column, im nearly there but

Im at this stage (although at that point i have fixed the fault with the blue bar and the problem with the divider line.

Now i have created this new column i am wondering where i am meant to put the code for that box, which template should i be looking at?

If anyone could help me i would really appreciate it.
