navigation bar links

Hi im wondering if anyone could help and point me in the right direction, im trying to change the links on the navigation bar where you see members list ect and put different text, i cant seem to find where i do this anywhere and im a bit stuck, is there anyone that could point me in this direction please.

Admin Control Panel>> Style Templates>> Style Manager>> Edit Templates>> Navigation / Breadcrumb>> "Navbar"

that depends whether you use a skin on your forum.. as i do and my links are in the header template.

same goes here too.. i have been a member and had a licence here a lot of years although not a lot of posts :( i still think vBulletin is the RR of forums.
