Search.php is Empty

Hello.

Here is an modifications site. But there is best vbulletin users here. I have a important problem.

I moved my board from Linux shared host to Win dedicated host. I use PHP5 and MySql5 on IIS. Php is with ISAPI. Charset is Latin5. I moved yesterday. But after moving search.php did not run. I am clicking Today Messages or New Messages. But page is empty.

Example:

http://www.aleviweb.com/forum/search.php

All of them are empty. No error. Only an empty page.

Only this page with error.

I was use Ver. 3.5.3 But after this error i upgraded 3.6.4 But it is same.

I need help very much.
