Problem usergroup creating tournaments

Hello I have it so my usergroups are allowed to create tournaments in the Arcade admin cp but when they attempt to they get the message your user group is not allowed to create tournaments. Is their a way to fix this and if so where? Thanks

Ok it has been awhile and still no kind of advice. How can let my users create tournaments. The permissions from Ibarcade let them do it but its not allowing them. Ideas anyone? Thanks..
