Font, font size, colours and smily dropdowns disabled????

Hi my forum was working good.. still is.. but when a person makes a post..

The Font dropdown doesnt work
The Font size Dropdown dont work
The Color dropdown dont work
THe smiley dropdown dont work

could you help please.. it must have got turned off

This is a problem with one of your templates, more than likely your navbar. You also might want to check your editor_toolbar_on template.
