as some mods work across multiple versions of vB, a suggested grouping of Installed Modifications by vB version, similar to Sub-Sections : vBulletin Modifications would be nice.

Sorry, that's unlikely to happen.

You can tell what version they are for from the forum they are in (which is listed).

Could I also suggest the ability to automatically bring up a list of any modifications showing up as Updated? This saves us having to manually go through all the pages of the Addon category to check if a mod we have installed has been updated.

I like it that way...

Its organised into Updated then New posts if im correct?

And the updated thing goes if you redowload? correct?.. im not sure on this one.. it might be x days

Updated will go if you re-download the file, click on updated, or mark it uninstalled/installed again.

The ajax of it is pretty cool
But couldn't you have done the same with the old 3.5 old way with ajax?
