I have been with Fluid Hosting (http://www.fluidhosting.com) for four years for my vps needs. They are great guys and the service they give is far beyond the SLA. They anser emails in minutes and many times seconds. And they don't give you a bunch of bull when something does go wrong. Which is pretty rare. I don't remember any down time last year.

I have had the same experience with these guys as code monkey has with Fluid but only been with Jag for just under a year.

My vote is for http://www.jtlnet.com
If you inquire with them about their specials, you can sometimes get a off-lease dedicated server for $50 per month. Which means you can also be your own reseller...
And every time I have needed support, these guys have rocked so hard it was not even funny...

Will there VPS1 Plan be good enough to host vbulletin ?
Memory (Guaranteed) 256MB
Because I dont know whats the minimum amount needed to run a forum..
Edit:
Thinking about it, Saying i had over 100 connections at the same time would that handle it ?

I just signed up with them and everything has gone well. :D I had a few problems setting the server up but they took care of it for me.
As far as 256mb, I run BF2, Ventrilo, my forum, a cms and TGP on their freedom plan with no slowdown.

Good to hear, they have never done me wrong...
Anyone thinking of JaguarPC. You should make your decision within the next week, they have a 15% off special. :D
It's funny, I choose them after I read some hate/problem threads with JaguarPC on WHT. I guess that user's plan backfired.

They have been around for nearly 8 years. I don't think they are going anywhere anytime soon.

Really? What were the main complaints about them? I think they are great.

Simple. They are not lying, but also not telling the whole truth. The keyword is "Based on.."
The server might have 8Gb RAM, but you will need to share that with other customers on that server. The only interesting thing is how much memory they will assign dedicated to each VPS account and if they allow for a burst (burst = for a short period of time go over the assigned limit).
