kill_Over sized Images Issue [must]

So Many Coders ..So many Designers ..So many Forums ..So many threads & Posts !

whenever A member Post an Image which is Over sized, this will damage the Vbulletin style. I'm sure Im not the only one who is affected by this! I can say that all standard vbulletin forums are infected.
I have reviewed all the possible attempts from vbulletin org members to solve this issue ..

sure there is a pro way to kill & (solve) permanently
