you would need to put a new table row with 3 columns. and have a left and right rounded corner image..

editing the header template with a html editor. it seems you lack the skills to do it. So best bet would to find someone that has the time to do it. Or pay someone to do it.

I just added this (http://www.angelspunishment.net/images/misc/top.gif) image below the logo (where you edit the header) and centered it.

Making it into a table is too much work.
