When I attempt to install the mod, it gives me the following error message:

Could not find phrase 'vbplaza_functions_vbplaza_not_uploaded'.

Any ideas?

I think it's not compatible with VB 3.6.4

I can confirm that its no longer supported being the creator hasn't been online since July 2006. I think, along with alot of other people, that that mod is dead.
