Restricting Newbies from using IMG codes

Is there any way to stop new members usergroup using the [img] codes

- a person with low posts ?
- a person @ the site under a given time ?

I would make a usergroup that does not have access to [img] bbcode as the default registration group. Create a Usergroup Promotion (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/usergroup_promotions) to move the users to a new usergroup with access to posting with [img] tag that meets a combination of criterias before being promoted.
