A mod to add links to certain words..

Hey,

Is there a mod that does the following:

- If a user makes a post with certain word(s), a link would be added to those words...

For example if someone in my forum (Poker Forum) writes "shorthanded limit", I wanted it to be changed to shorthanded limit (http://www.pokereagles.com/poker-strategy/shorthanded-limit.php).

I hope that makes sense...
