Titles not changing in editing

Whenever I edit the title of a thread, the title changes when you click on the thread but on the forum listing, the thread is the same,

Once you are in the thread, up in toolbar, click on THREAD TOOLS >> EDIT THREAD

(You edited the POST, not the THREAD when you did it the other way.
