I know there's all this CMPS stuff. But to be honest, I don't get as much learning out of CMPS and CMS. You don't learn as much of the coding because it's already done by the vBulletin. So, wouldn't it be cool if you could have one mod that includes all types of web intergation for your vBulletin, and you can fully customize it in your ACP, and the layouts of them can be customized via a full HTML editor.

If there is already something like this then I apologize.

Things I am talking about for the integration are things like, Login Box, News, Newest Topics, Newest Members, Top Posters, More Statistics, Search, and maybe do it for some other mods too, Top RPG Levels for RPG Inferno, and others, Top Arcade Players for v3 and others. Thanks.

P.S. I know I'm talking about learning and I'm requesting a mod, but I truly suck at PHP, etc.

CMPS doesn't already do all of that for you and is totally customizeable via html...?

No, it does, it's just hard to explain why I want something like this. I just want a mod that will allow you to add what you want to your already HTML made homepage and doesn't involve remaking it.
