looks like a custom script... have you tried looking at the links directory mod available here or the one you can buy at vbadvanced.com?

I too am interested in knowing how this is done. Anyone have more specific suggestions?

EDIT: Nevermind. The answer to this question is that they purchased vBadvanced Links Directory from vBadvanced.com. I just did the same, and await installation.
