Modifying User Group Legend

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could possibly tell me how to alter my User Group Legend
This is what I would like it to be, Something like this:

Most Users online was .........
JIZZLE23, etc.

Tiny Space Here
Moderating Team[This being a link to the forum leaders page]:(Space)[Administrators ]
Forum Members[This being a link to the members page]:

Those are just some examples on how I want it done, if anyone can help me change this I would greatly appreciate it.
