New thread problem

Hi there, I am having a problem with my forum, I am revamping it so to speak and I have gone to post a thread and hit an error

I am unable to choose any of the font option, making bold, italic, underlining etc and I get an error on the page this is what the error says

'fontoptions' undefined

I am also getting another saying 'unterminated string constant'

any help is greatly appreciated, as soon as possible.
