sticky authorization for a member not mod in a forum

Hi all,,

Is there a way to give authorization to a user (or a group) to make sticky (un sticky) threads in a specific forum ? (without giving full moderation authorization)

When you set them up as a moderator, just set everything to no except "Can manage threads". That should do it.

I mean without the user become a moderator on that forum (I don't want his/her name to appear on moderators list).
