Adding a New Page

I want to add another page to my site that will be linked to my navbar. I want the new page to share the same theme as the site. I have the page coded and ready to go. I just cannot figure out how to have it share the theme of the site. I'm only really interested in the top portion, from the navbar up, if that makes sense.
