Go to the vB ACP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Username HTML Markup. Click the question mark you find there in that row for some examples.

y is it when i post sumthing...it wouldn't make it a post until i go to admin and moderate it? how to disable that?

Use the Forum Manager to turn off Moderate Posts/Threads.
