different meta descriptions

Hi, I need to add different and custom meta description for each forum category, is it possible? and is it possibile to customize meta description for some posts too?

I believe Zoints SEO has the capability to add custom meta tags for each forum. You should be able to find it in the 3.6 release section.

I am looking for something less complicated than Zoints Seo. It's a complete SEO tool, I need only to add meta descriptions!
