applying existing flash banner to vbb

I have a new style set up and ready to go. I also had a flash (swf) banner made for the site but I am not sure how to intergrate it into my style.

I just want the flash at the top of the forum so that it stays the same size as the forum no matter what the users resolution is.

http://www.bonethugstory.com has the flash style I want. It automatically adjusts with the users screen resoltion and stays the same with as the forum itself.

Any help is appreciated.

i think u need to check header or forumshome template.
