Does a mod exist that will send me an email when a particular IP address connects to my vB site?

I'd like to be able to have a configurable "watch list" of IP addresses, and each time one connects, it will automatically send an email to a configurable address.

I use User Logging It lets you specify a wide variety of info including IP address and notifies you. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=145660
