How do I put the Forum "Tree" at the bottom, too?

Ok, you know how at the top of the page, you'll have:

Forum Name -> Categories -> Section -> Thread Name

Is there a way to make a copy of that at the bottom of the page, right after the posts? It'd be nice to read down a page, then be able to click right there to go back to a different section.
