Navbar Help....

This is going to sound way too simple but...I need help creating links to 3 photopost products; gallery, classifieds and reviews, in the navbar menu. I have no idea how to do this and would like either some direction, link to a turorial on how to do this or someone who like to make a little money to do this for me...

Wrong forum but put this in the appropriate spot in the navbar...

For example after:

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="memberlist.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[members_list]</a></td>

Insert...

<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="url-here">text-here</a></td>

or would you like this in a drop down?
