Where do I change the colors for the forum bars?

I want to flip flop the colors from blue/white/blue/white/blue to the opposite.

I cannot figure out where to change these colors?

I already know about that, specifically what CSS box can I modify HTML to change the color of forum bars? I cannot figure out which one changes the colors.
