Monthly Award Scheme

Hi,

I would like (as admin) to give a few awards each month to various members, for example:
Top Poster
Top Helper
Top New Member

The award would show on their postbits, on their Profile and on an Award page ( showing each month and past months).

There are a few mods on here, but none that are supported well or for 3.6+
