Hiding Usernames, Signatures and Avatars from Usergroup

I am looking for a modification that would allow me additional options in my usergroup such as:

- Can See Usernames
- Can See User Signatures
- Can See User Avatars

I would like to have a usergroup that cannot see these things, but see no way to do that in the default vB set up.

Additional options that I don't *need* but would love to have are:

- Maximum Thread Posts Viewable (enable me to say a usergroup can only see the first X posts per thread)
- Maximum Post Characters Viewable (enable me to truncate a post to X number of characters)

I see that each user can toggle viewing signatures and avatars on or off, so it seems that making that a Usergroup setting shouldn't be reinventing the wheel... anyone?

Still no solution. It seems others would like the same thing -- surely it's been done before! :)
