SEO Friendly URLs [Archive]

Hi Guys,
I have found some threads about mods and SEO, but most were really old. I am trying to figure what's the most popular SEO solution being used by other VB owners. I don't want to spend $200 for VbSEO. So are there other solutions out there?

It's hard to search, because the search tool doesn't bring results for small words like SEO.

Adding a wildcard (*) on the end of a 3-letter term allows you to search for that term :)

I will check it out.

I don't need a very robust SEO tool, just something that would make URL's search engine friendly so they get indexed by search engines. But I want a solution that won't mess up so much with the Vb files, so in the future it doesn't make upgrades harder. I had a nother forum that was highly moded, and it was a pain to upgrade.
