Hi,
I don't want to allow all usergroups to be able to send PMs, but I do need all of them to be able to receive PMs (i.e. so they can receive Infraction warnings and Administrative PMs).
Is there a hack or product out there which will allow me to restrict PM sending for a specific usergroup while enabling it for others?
