How do I create a Template?

I'm trying to install a mod for CMPS, and the instructions say to create two templates but don't say how. Can someone let me know how to create a template? Am I missing something really simple?

1) Go to your AdminCP.
2) Click Styles & Templates
3) Click Style Manager
4) Select your style.
5) You will see "All Style Options" in top right.
6) Scroll down it and click to "Add New Template".
7) Paste the codes and give it a name.
8) Click "Save".

Then it's ok.
