Might be a dumb question, but how would one get their site to look like the vbulletin.org homepage? I really like the layout and the design, very easy on the eyes.

Well, the folks here at vB.org created their own -- but a lot of people use vBAdvanced.

http://www.vbadvanced.com

Look for "vBadvanced CMPS".

I have the vbadvanced, but i really like the look of the layout that is on the homepage.. seems very "clean" and organized...

Just disable some of the modules you don't need and move things around -- beyond that, there's nothing you can do aside from change your style.
