This is my opinion.

The skin is ok but I'd add some colour to the two white strips down the side.

I'd add a forums button to the nabar.

It looks like something went wrong here, maybe its the banner pushing it all together.

Looks like you've got a good no. of users so congrats.

you may try making smoother looking fonts for the words on the buttons such as collapse and the others, they didnt appear to sharp for me.
