It is more than likely due to your screen resolution. If you switch to fluid width in your usercp > options then it won't show at all

might be a good idea to move it underneath the "navbar" re-designed width ways or something, too many people are already having problems viewing it.

I am at 1024x768 and had to switch to fluid because of that. But my first choice has always been fixed.
