I have seen a few vbulletin forums have animated items in their vbplaza, does anyone know where I can buy/download this mod??

Just google for icons or gift icons. Or if you know a good graphics person ask them to make you some. There is no mod for this you can add any gifts /images you want. You need to upload them to you gifts folder on your forums via ftp. Good luck.
