Typing an apostrophe when submitting a score comment adds a "\" before it

Whenever a comment for a user's score contains an apostrophe, before the apostrophe a backslash is always placed. For example:

http://www.overclockstop.com/OCS_Forums/arcade.php?act=Arcade&do=stats&gameid=2124

haha, pay no attention to the particular game :p
