Start a new tournament admincp form not working

Hello

I can't Start a new tournament from admincp , when i click the button "create Tournament" it seems not affect the form. so now i am unable to create tournaments using Admin user.

Please help.

please also make sure that we can use define cash when creating tournaments from inside the adminCP with vbux installed.
