How do I make The memberlist page support my language (swedish) characterset?

Is it hard to apply 3 more letters to this row?
I would be very glad if somebody could advice me how to do.

Well, I am looking at the memberlist template but I still can´t find out how to do it. So, if anybody could be a little more specific it would be very much appreciated.
