Looking for a "your forum is x years / days old"

Sorry for the basic question !

I am looking for a small addition that would display how old the forum is... I am sure i saw one once but i cant find it again (could be wrong though)

Something like "Forum is x years , y months , z days old" or something very similar.

I did have a search but i couldnt really find anything...

Takes a bit of fiddling to get right though, the appearance formatting is a touch iffy.
