One More "How Do I" Question! [Archive]

I have recently installed Tufats FlashChat and integrated it into my Vbulletin forum. My admins are a little "stuped" and need a link inside the admin cp to redirect to Flashchats Admin panel. Now my question is "How do I" add a custom link, possible a new category to the Admin CP's navigation bar. How do I do this ? can you help me please?
