Quote function not working. Why?

The quote function does not work on my site and I don't know why. When you click "quote", it opens the new post editor to type a post but the quote does not appear. Any ideas on why? Thanks.

Probably a template problem.

To troubleshoot this, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

Yes, after the new style I still have the issue.
