tournaments -- how to disable users from creating ?

Hi,

How do i disable users and allow only mods/super-mods/admins to create tournaments?

If its some flag in the database, please let me know the tablename and settings to give it directly to mysql.

Under the Arcade options, look for 'Group Permissions' and change the option 'Can create Tournaments' to 'No.'
