How can I change the colour the fields like those Ive listed below to the same as the username?

Im guessing i need to alter something in the postbit template, I want my admins, smods, mods and veterans to have these fields in the same colour as their usernames, something like this;

notice how their info in the postbit matches their username colour, can anyone help me out here?
