Project of the month?

In our forum, we have a finished projects section. There has been some talk of setting up a voting system that would allow users to vote for the monthly project.

Is there a plug-in that's avaliable for this? Any premade mod?

I know that we can use the voting feature per thread, but we can't reset it per month.

Is anything like this possible?

Is there nothing of this type? Or would it be something that could be done with vBGarage?
