Installed in Vb 3.6.4 and the arcade.php is blank

It looks like a permission problem but Ive checked the Arcade folder for 777 and also confirmed that the owner is right

The arcade worked fine on another account on the same server

I am also having the exact same problem...checked everything 3 times at lease and well....no joy at all....yet

Yes I had a previous install of V3arcade

Havent taken a close enough to see what the problem is yet \

Automerge merged yesterdays post with today ...
Which means that anyone who subscribed wont get notice...

As it turns out the old arcade puts a BUNCH of custom templates in

In my case the template called ARCADE was causing the problem
I reverted ( delete ) it and the ibpro arcade started working

There are still about a dozen or 2 other custom templates to revert - but its a manual process and they are not causing problems

I had this issue, it was because I still had the vbarcade templates on the style. Upload a new style and see if it works on the default. That will tell you if it's in the templates.
