shoutbox with IP banning

ive tried search. but to many results came up.

any ideas on one that has ip banning. or could it be made.

im not. that is why im asking if there is a shoutbox that has IPbanning with it.

if not i wouldnt mind one being made. or just a simple mod for one of the shoutboxs.
